BRIDGES
Privlaka
The passage is 80 m long, 8 m wide, and its depth is approximately 2.4 m. The drawbridge opens every day at 9 a.m. and at 6 p.m., and the limit is 20 tons. In case of strong winds, the bridge is closed due to dangerous waves that hinder the sailing in this narrow channel. Vessels coming out of the port have right of way.
There is a marina right at the exit of the channel.
Osor
The drawbridge opens every day at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., turning to the east, with a limit of 20 tons. Priority is given to vessels coming from the south, because only one vessel can be in the channel at a time. The depth of the channel is about 3.5 meters. The current in the channel can be very strong, it therefore requires a very careful sailing.
CRANES
The company Nadir d.o.o. from Mali Losinj has a concession for the port of Mali Losinj. The company owns a 3.5t crane and provides the services of raising and lowering the vessels, flushing the engine, underwater washing and painting, as well as the protection of the hull and the ship.
The company Nadir d.o.o. from Osor has a concession for the port of Osor, and has a crane for services of raising and lowering the vessels.
